Content: Aren't wooden boxes expensive compared to other packaging?
Reply: We don't think so. We think that you'll find that wooden packaging is very competitively priced with other packaging. Add to the competitive price the fact that wooden packaging adds value to a product and we think wood is an extremely good value.

Content: How does pricing work on your wood boxes and wood packaging?
Reply: For any given box there can be a huge range in pricing depending on whether the box has hardware (hinges, clasps etc.), the type of wood used and the type of construction used. In general our sliding lid boxes and lidless crates are the least expensive.

Content: What kind of wood do you use?
Reply: We primarily use soft woods such as spruce, pine, and cedar as these are native to B.C. and are readily available at a good price. We also have access to Birch, a hardwood, available locally, and can purchase any type of wood our customers may request.
