Terms of payment

 

We only accept  wire transfer payment which is quick and safe, also it is pretty easy. you can ask your bank how to wire the payment, which only costs you rough US$20.00-30.00 per wiring payment for the bank service fee.you can wire transfer the payment to our company account,also western union are very welcome

 

We accept 30% of order amount deposit on order and another 40% pay before we delivery the goods to the freight yard. the last30% charge pay  against the copy of the B/L.

We only accept 100% of order amount deposit if you the total order amount is below US$1000.00

 

When the payment is made, please keep us informed when and how much.appreciate you to receive the remittance receipt from you.

 

 

 

Order Information

 

We are specializing in manufactorer and exporter of wooden boxes,paper box,bags,printing products,watch winder,charger station,jewelry box,tea box,wine box.Quotation list are welcome to send to you, if you are interested to know CIF,DDP or DDU price,just let us know which products interest you most,how much do you want ?and your contact information,we promised to let you know our DDP price in two days.

 

We need box information below  from you so that we will provide you a detailed quotation ! 

1.internal dimensions of box or external dimensions of the box.

2.quantity

3.Material

4.lining (color)

5.Logo, screen printing? burn stamp? bronzing?

6.Destination of shipment or where is your location.

   Etc if any such as handle, specific hinges, specific clasps.

 

Wooden Box style

Any design of boxes are available, We need the information of box style you prefer from you such as

hinged top, sliding top. adapter top, finger joint,45 degree glue joint, etc.

Usually we use 10MM (rough  0.4 inches) solid natural wood board for the sides of boxes and 3MM ply wood for the top and bottom of the box if they are not indicated.

If you can, please send us photo or any drawing of the box you prefer, and if you can, please send us the a box you already have or the stuff  will be placed in the box that will be very helpful.

 

Purchase Order.

We need Purchase Order with your signature from you when you decide to place an order with us. Once we receipt of your P.O. the boxes will be arranged to be made immediately.

 

Deposit

We need 50% deposit prior of making boxes and balance will be wire transferred upon delivery of boxes.

Once we receipt of your deposit ,the boxes or prototypes will began to be made immediately.

Prototypes

Usually, at least 3 prototypes will be made before lots boxes are made unless you don't need prototypes. one of prototypes will be sent to you via FedEx or DHL, you will pay the delivery fee unless we have the agreement between us. we prefer you have an account with FedEx or DHL so that we can ask freight collect payment.

If you feel uncomfortable with that you wire the deposit before placing the order, the prototype is available too, but we need US$50-US$100 for the prototypes and delivery fee via airmail, unless you are placing the re-order or we have an agreement between us.

 

Packing

 Usually we package the wooden box with PE-Foam or air bubble bag,then pack in a 5 layer corrugated carton. for paper box,we package it with opp bag,then pakc in the corrugated carton.if you want special pack term,you have to pay the extra material charge.the size and  the shipping mark of the corrugated carton are made according to your instruction,otherwise we will make it according to the inner products.

 

 Lead Time

(timing begins upon the deposite)

 

Wooden Box

Mostly it will take take 15 days to make 100-1000 ordinary boxes, 20 days to make 2000-5000 ordinary boxes, 30 days to make 10000 -30000 ordinary boxes (times for making  prototypes is not included), and take another 5-7days to arrange shipment.

 

Paper Box

Simple : 15 days to make 1-30,000 pcs

Complex: 15 days to make 1-2,000 pcs

Time of delivery

Mostly it will take 24-28 days to deliver boxes for USA, 35-40 days for Europe by sea. any main destination seaport ( any boat transferring  or land transportation are not needed) is much sooner.

If everything we do are smoothly, you can receive the boxes with 40 days after receipt of you deposit.

Usually we can have all documents within 7 days after shipment is made. we will send you all documents to you via FedEx.

 

 

Shipping

1.By sea

Usually, we have wooden  boxes sent  by sea, you will pick up the boxes at the nearest harbor from you or the nearest main city from you. this isthe cheapest way to deliver wooden boxes. At the local shipping agency request, the minimum volume is one cubic meter which costs US$260.00 for United State or Europe, no matter how small it is.

Usually, shipping will take 24-30 days to United State, 30-45 days to Europe.

Here are rough price for shipping costs etc if your location is in United State or Europe

US$320.00 for 1 cubic meter

US$420.00 for 2 cubic meters

US$520.00 for 3 cubic meters

......

Above prices include shipping costs, loading fee, China customs fee, export documents fee, service fee for local shipping agency, delivery fee for sending documents (B/L, phytosanitary certificate, invoice) only. Unloading fee, your local customs fee and those expense can not be paid on our end are not included.

2.By air

Sending wooden boxes by air is available, if you need the boxes urgently. but the price will be very expensive, at least , it will be higher than the price of boxes.  

3. By post officeIf your order is pretty small (max is 2 package), we  can send you the boxes via post office. it will take within 12 days by air mail,  within 25 days by ordinary mail, you will pick up the wooden boxes at your local post office. 

4. By FedEx, or DHLUsually, we only send prototypes or samples via FedEx or DHL , you have to pay the delivery fee, unless there is an agreement between us. if you ask prototype or sample, please provide your global FedEx account, so that we can ask freight collect payment

5.How to pick up the boxes

You can find information of a shipping agency near from your location stated on B/L, You will be informed when the boxes arrive , also you can ask them if the boxes arrive, you can pick up boxes personally or you can ask your local shipping agency any service if available, of course, you have to pay the service fee. 

6.How much we should pay for Customs entry charge in USA

$85.00 per BL

Duty is free if it is under 4415.10.30.00
Duty is 3.2% if it is under 4420.90.80
(Customs will make the final decision)

Bound: If you have annual bond, then you don't have to pay. Annual bond cost: $450.00/annual.
If you don't have annual bond, $5.00 per $1000.00 invoice value
